New AI modules assist human decision making and support a path to predictive quality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

HAMILTON, N.J.,\u00a0May 21, 2019 –<\/strong>\u00a0Sparta Systems, the leading provider of quality management solutions for life sciences, today announced the launch of the industry’s first AI-augmented decision making capabilities<\/a> to enable a shift from reactive to proactive quality management.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is applying machine learning and natural language processing in\u00a0TrackWise Digital<\/a>\u00a0to auto-categorize intake of complaints and quality events, driving improved productivity and intelligent decision making across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI predicts the risk and makes recommendations, but subject matter experts make the ultimate decision.
